QII Award

Switzerland Tourism has honoured the Congress Center Basel with the "Switzerland Tourism Quality Award" Level II. "We see this award as recognition of our efforts to make our understanding of quality tangible to the customer," says the head of Congress Center Basel, Jonas Schaf. "In the coming months we are going to implement further measures to improve the quality of our service, with the goal of achieving this level of quality again next year and of further instilling our employees with a sense of quality."
