Thank you for your splendid response to our first newsletter! In this second issue, we are pleased to invite you to SuisseEMEX. Further topics include the Switzerland Tourism Quality Award, the latest information on the "Exhibition Center Basel 2012" construction project and lots more besides. The Congress Center Basel will be celebrating its 25th birthday in October. We are already excited about our special birthday present to ourselves in September, when Jacques Herzog of Herzog & de Meuron will be a guest speaker at the new CONCENTRATE event. The renowned architectural practice has developed the "Exhibition Center Basel 2012" project, which will also entail some modernization of the Congress Center Basel. The new events hall will be a great addition to the Congress Center Basel. Visit us at SuisseEMEX from 25 to 27 August and let us personally show you the status of the plans and the new features that Congress Center Basel will be able to offer you.
