Dear clients, partners, and friends of the Congress Center Basel Pleasingly, the autumn of 2009 is packed with activities in the Congress Center Basel. We have selected a few particular highlights for you. In addition to invitations to the EIBTM Trade Fair and to the Basel Wine Fair, we also provide a review of the IOSCO world finance event, a report on our partner Swissôtel and the CONCENTRATE event, and an introduction to our Marketing and Sales department. In addition to the above-mentioned topics, we have also activated a number of interesting links to past and future events in our events calendar. A few special tasters: In the autumn, MipTec together with Life Sciences Week and the subsequent PhUSE conference confirmed the role of Basel as an important life sciences location by attracting a highly international audience. Another major event will take place during this period next year with the Ilmac Expo 2010. We are traditionally honored with hosting a cultural highlight of the city: the AVO Session Basel. The concert program looks highly promising, and we are looking forward to this event. Two important Swiss SME events will also be taking place in the Congress Center Basel in the form of the third Swiss Innovation Forum in Basel and the entrepreneurial award ceremony of the Swiss Venture Club. The "Basel Awareness Days" together with the accompanying Aura exhibition will re-establish the long tradition of PSI days in Basel after a three-year break.
